Shopkeepers

When a shopkeeper registers we store their email address, shop details (name, WhatsApp number, address, map link, photo), items, prices, orders and customer notes. Shop details and items are public, because they appear in the customer catalogue. Orders and private customer notes can be read only by the shop owner.

Customers

When a customer sends an order, the name, phone number, delivery address and cart are saved for the shop that received it and sent to that shop on WhatsApp. They are used only so the shop can deliver and follow up. Customers do not create an account.

What we do not do

We do not process payments and we do not sell personal data. Each shop is responsible for the customer details it receives.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Deleting data

A shopkeeper or customer who wants their data deleted can ask the shop, or contact us through the invite channel used to join the pilot.
